The “Constellation” is Sterling Silver and 9ct yellow gold stylized pendant and contains a 5pt and 2pt round white diamonds; 2 x cabochon natural red garnets; 2 x cabochon natural undyed lapis lazul; hand carved mother of pearl cabochon and paula sheel “cloud” with all stones set in 9ct yellow gold.
